Your registration with the full deposit is required for course registration and is non-refundable. Your registration will not be valid and confirmed until your full deposit has been received. You agree to these terms of use when you pay the non-refundable deposit. There are no refunds given for training programs. Renew Image must be notified at least 5 days in advance of any cancellation in order to be credited for any future programs. There are no credits or refunds for "No Shows" the day of scheduled program. Should it be necessary for Renew Image to cancel a program, a full refund of the registration fee will be refunded. Renew Image shall not be responsible for monies registrants may have spent on non-refundable airline tickets, related travel costs, claims for lost wages, or hotel accommodations in the event a course is cancelled or sold out. The trainee is responsible for any and all model scheduling. We do not guarantee any number of models for the training. We reserve the right to refuse registration from any attendee. Agendas and course instructors are subject to change. Renew Image consistently adds new programs throughout the year and also deletes poorly attended courses. Prices are subject to change, this means that if you received prices that are not current, they will not be honored. This is because of the price of inflation and changes to our programs based on our own suppliers cost. Renew Image shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, instructor no- shows without notice to Renew Image resulting in cancellation of program, hurricanes or weather conditions, or damages to persons or property arising out of or connected to this function.

Enrollment in a program does not guarantee that a student is sufficiently trained to perform a procedure. The student will receive a certificate of completion, but this does not imply, nor is it intended to indicate competence to perform any procedures. Any additional training that is requested will require an additional fee. Students are responsible for their own businesses and Renew Image shall not be held responsible for any litigation regarding the business structure or plans of a student.
