Please call us direct for course details and we will take a credit card or Paypal registration payment to reserve your date with us. The registration fee goes toward your tuition and is non-refundable. Financing is also available. All courses need to be paid in full prior to or on your course date. As soon as you schedule your course with us you will receive an email confirmation as well as a phone call from our administrator with special instructions.
Most of our courses include a kit and equipment. Some exceptions apply. Your equipment kits will be waiting for you the first day of your course. When you register for your course and pay the deposit to reserve your class date we will send you a link to our learning management system (LMS), an email with reading materials and/or a link to purchase your course manuals. The reading will need to be read prior to your coming to class and is your virtual portion of the class, the day or days in class are considered your hands on clinical. The cost of the manuals will be deducted from your tuition and are your responsibility to purchase. We do not mail manuals or course materials because many of our students come from out of town and need to get the manuals as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are so busy with our administration and setting up a wonderful experience for our students we do not guarantee your models. Model fee is $99. If you are traveling from out of town please be advised that there is a $99 model fee per model, per course. We will arrange a model for you in that circumstance only. Please imagine we have over 1000 students per year and we are supporting our past students as well. If we had to find all their models that alone would be a full time job for a staff of five! Looking for your models is part of the journey! It helps you learn how to advertise and be creative. So put your marketing hat on and start postings! *YOU CAN USE ALL VIDEOS AND IMAGES ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITE TO MARKET FROM.

They are under the direct supervision of highly trained instructors as well as the best hands! yours!*
You are responsible for finding your models so make sure you contact or text them to remind them of their appointments and ensure you are in contact with them prior to the course. If you are coming from out of town and we have agreed to schedule your model, disregard.
We suggest the following: Dress in professional attire or scrubs while in class, and hair tied back. No Jeans! We take photos and videos of our courses and want to project a professional and sanitary image. Bring an ipad or laptop to make notes. Bring a note pad and pen. Please bring snacks and lunch, sometimes class runs into lunch so we can not guarantee a long break. Fresh fruit and veggies as well as beverages are available.
We partner with excellent wholesale companies and suppliers and will give you access to their information during class. The most cost effective options for supply orders would also be ebay, amazon ect. Most major companies list on these sites. You will receive a supply list with your course. We do not handle supply orders for things like needles or replacement machines. You will find everything you need online for ordering supplies. Amazon will ship all supplies to your door and is the best pricing.
Then you will register in the next up-coming class for free and bring a list of your questions to that class to ask your instructor. Check with us for upcoming class dates.
You will receive an internationally recognized certificate of attendance at the end of your course. If you are a licensed professional and your board requires that you receive additional training and certification to perform these services under your own scope of practice, as soon as you leave our course you are legally permitted to perform these services. We recommend you call your insurance company and make sure you are covered first. If you are a taking our micropigmentation courses, such as microblading you will receive your certificate of training and be able to legally perform the services immediately as long as you already have a permit from the health board, if not we will give you information about the permit process. We also provide insurance recommendations.
Not all our programs are only 1 to 5 days. These days are considered clinicals or hands on practicals. If you are already a licensed esthetician, nurse or physician we expect that you already have a basic understanding of the skin, wound healing, bloodbourn pathagens ect. If not please sign up for our Skin Science Course for Allied Health Professionals. When you register for any class, we will email you any training materials and other information you must read prior to class and bring to class with you. No one is expected to do perfect work after 1, 2, 3 or 5 days of hands on clinical training, we expect that you will continue to practice the tools given to you until you master your skills.
All courses are taught at our Luxury Training Facility located in Cincinnati Ohio at 7182 Liberty Centre Drive, Suite O, Liberty Township, Ohio 45069, unless you have scheduled an on-site training at your facility. We charge an additional one on one fee, travel fee and the cost of air travel if necessary. Call for details. We recommend the Hilton Home2 Suites which is next door to our professional center, or AC Marriott at The Liberty Center just a 1/2 mile up the street.
