Heather has a passion for making people feel more beautiful, confident, and empowered through her expertise in medical aesthetics. With over twenty-five years of experience in the health, beauty, and medical aesthetic laser sales industry, Heather combines her love of science and artistic talent to focus on science-based skin care. Growing up in a small town, she learned the values of hard work, entrepreneurship, and serving others in her family's business. Upon moving to the city for college, Heather maintained her commitment to serving the community and building lasting relationships. After earning her degree, she became a Licensed Skin Care Specialist, collaborating with top physicians in the Greater Cincinnati area and discovering her joy in teaching others about sustainable career paths in permanent cosmetics and skin care training.

Ms. Hunt has trained thousands of professionals in permanent cosmetics and skin care, having helped many open their own spas and medical spa practices. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from The University of Cincinnati's Allied Health Department in 2000. During her studies, she took additional courses in business management and marketing, paving the way to open her first full-service med spa in 2001. Heather was inducted into the Kappa Omicron Nu Honors Society for her academic excellence, and she gained valuable experience as a research assistant and English tutor at the university, further igniting her love for teaching.

Following the completion of her degree, Heather pursued a career in the medical aesthetic sales industry as a traveling sales manager, providing training on advanced aesthetic laser equipment for companies such as Advanced Aesthetic Lasers, Inc. (UBS Aesthetics) and Mattioli Engineering Company. She educated professionals at spas, plastic surgery clinics, dermatology practices, and training hospitals, including Case Western Reserve and Northwestern Memorial.

In 2001, determined to start a family and grow her career, Heather opened her first salon and medical spa in Cincinnati, which later expanded to two locations under the name Renew Image, Salon & Medi Spa. The second location, a luxurious 6,000 square foot med spa near Kenwood and Indian Hill, opened in 2011. Heather collaborated with an age-restricted community, creating a medical spa menu that attracted new residents while serving the existing clientele. Through her dedicated efforts, she grew her client base from fifteen to over three thousand. Recognizing a need for enhanced training in the industry, Heather decided to pivot the company’s focus to training programs for beauty and health care professionals, relocating to West Chester Liberty Township, Ohio.

Over the past twenty years, Renew Image has been featured in numerous local and national industry magazines for providing exceptional body and beauty services. Heather has also appeared on local news channels as an image and wellness expert, representing esteemed brands like Saks 5th Avenue and La Mer. Most recently, Renew Image earned recognition in SKIN DEEP Magazine for being one of the 'Top Advanced Training Centers in the Nation,' and Heather was highlighted as an 'Industry Influencer' by The Associated Skin Care Professionals. She holds a 100 Hour Fundamental Permanent Cosmetic Specialist Certification and has completed advanced training in Microblading, Areola Repigmentation, and Scalp Micropigmentation, serving as a national trainer for DermMicro in advanced micro pigmentation techniques.

As a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) CNC certified nutrition coach, Heather is also a physique and bodybuilding coach, as well as a certified body contouring specialist. Now fifty-four, Heather remains a lifelong fitness enthusiast, having achieved accolades in national fitness competitions. Her extensive background in business management, sales, beauty, science, nutrition, fitness, and micropigmentation uniquely equips her as an instructor and mentor in the field of medical aesthetics. Currently, she serves as a national medical aesthetic and laser trainer for MRP Lasers, imparting her knowledge to leading plastic surgeons and dermatology practices.

Heather is a dedicated member of The America Med Spa Association (AmSpa), The Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, and The Association of Aesthetic Laser Professionals (AALP). Married for twenty-three years, she is a proud twin mom and the mother of three boys. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, boating with her family, and cheering on her sons at their sporting events. Heather is always eager to connect with those passionate about the aesthetic industry and share her wealth of knowledge.
