Renew is a private salon & medical spa, we strive to offer high quality services at the best competitve prices.  We offer Online 24/7 Online Scheduling System for you convenience.  We recommend that you schedule your next appointments before you leave to ensure your time is reserved in advance.  Please be advised that some stylists prefer to schedule their own appointments, please see Our Team Bio's page on this site for direct telephone numbers.  Some of our staff participates in online scheduling and we highly encourage you to book your appointments online.  We will call two days prior to your appointment time to confirm your appointment.  We also send confirmation appointment emails if you provide us with your email address.  We protect your personal information and email addresses are not shared.  If you can not make an appointment online or before you leave the salon, please call us at 513-874-SKIN (7546).

PRICING
Pricing is based on individual client needs, length, and condition of hair.  Final pricing will be quoted during service consultation.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require cancellation. Out of respect for your service provider’s time, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellation or appointment change. Missing your appointment without contacting us or excessive cancellations requires a payment form in advance to reserve your next service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, late arrivals by more than 15 minutes, or missed appointments may incur a $25 service fee.

SPA ETIQUETTE
Children are permitted in the Salon only when accompanied by an adult.

GIFT CARDS
Renew Salon & Skin Spa, MD Gift Certificates are a terrific way to show your love, express your thanks or just do something special for someone. To ensure that your gift is enjoyed, Renew Salon & Skin Spa has these policies:

                           Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be used for product purchase.

                           They must be assigned to a staff member at time of purchase.

Gift Certificates may not be used for any physicain administered treatment.  Gift certificate packages can be used for other services in equal value to the gift package on the card if desired. Gift certificates will not be issued for medical services such as surgical procedures, Restylane injections, Botox injections. There are no refunds available on gift certificates.

RETURN POLICY
**ALL Product, Holiday, Promotional, Special Edition, and
Discounted Item sales are Final and are NON-Returnable.
**Other Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days
with a valid receipt.
